You can choose to have register or cashier control. If you choose register control, you will reconcile each individual register. If you choose cashier control, you will reconcile each individual cashier.

So, if you open the register in the morning and several different cashiers use that register at the same time, you will select register control. If you want each cashier responsible for his till of money, you will select cashier control.

At the prompt, ENTER YOUR ID, enter the register number if using register control. If using cashier control, enter the cashier's initials.

At the prompt, PASSWORD, enter the password for that ID. Remember, if using cashier control, you'll want to keep passwords a secret. If necessary, change them periodically.
