Having the Beverage Journal Media loaded on your system makes adding new items easier and the ordering of all items a breeze. You link the current inventory in your system to the Beverage Journal source numbers. New inventory items are added through the media, which automatically creates the link between your database and the Beverage Journal.

To add new inventory items, simply click on the tab for Beverage Journal, search for the new item and click on the Add SKU button. You will still need to set your retail price in the price button and preferred vendor on the detail tab.

When using the Beverage Journal you will find all the vendors, their pricing structure and deal levels listed for each item in one easy to read format. You will also be able to review 2 months of pricing at the same time. This will help you decide the best month to purchase the product. When running Suggested Orders, you can view the Beverage Journal on the report which will save your time when reviewing the order. When creating orders through the Suggested Orders program, the order will automatically be generated for the vendor with the best price.
