DELL computers come with a 3 year warranty which covers next day, on site service, with parts and labor included.

Software Support

ASI provides full software support free of charge for ninety days starting from day of installation for all new customers. (Existing ASI customers who upgrade to SPIRITS 2000 are already under contract with ASI and that contract is in effect and continues with SPIRITS 2000) That means we take care of any software problems you might encounter at no extra cost to you. This is a standard practice in computer industry. But what happens after ninety-day period elapse? How do you get help?

ASI offers a software support contract according to number of users you have on your system. A user is defined as a computer or register. So if you have a computer in your office and two registers, you have a three-user system. Users fall into three different categories:

1-2 users
3-5 users
6-10 users

If you start out as a three-user system and decide to add more computers or registers, you can add two more users and not increase your software support payment.

What does your software support contract give you ?
  Unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
  A support representative is available for emergencies :
   
Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
Saturday and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST
  Program upgrades are distributed to you throughout the year.
  Review classes are schedule throughout the month at ASI so you can take advantage of additionaldays of training each year.
   
  ASI handles any changes needed due to sales tax changes.
  ASI provides programs whenever a federal excise tax takes place.
  ASI provides the best and most complete support available.

Additional Software programs

ASI suggests that any additional software programs purchased by the customer for any purpose be loaded on a separate PC workstation and not the SPIRITS server or registers.

Your software support contract with ASI does not cover damage done to SPIRITS 2000 software or related hardware as a result of customer loading or modifying any additional software programs on the SPIRITS 2000 server or registers.
